There is a rising menace trying to consume all that is right and fair in Silkroad, stealing from its majestic lands and the people that are striving to make their world better. This evil has made something to disrupt balance of nature and tempted a lot of adventurers to abandon their righteous path. The GMs have found out that this evil has created zombies and planted them among the Silkroad citizens, parasites that are being controlled like puppets to do their masters bidding. This creatures’ move in a same path, they do not respond to other people and they just seem to ignore anyone they see or meet on the road. They roam the fields hacking on monsters all day and night but not showing any signs of tiring nor even the desire to need for a rest. You can see them being put down by stronger monster, but after a while they will just return and start doing their non-stop mechanical activity once again. Some are in towns standing on a single place staring with blank expressions in their face doing things only they and their masters could know. They flock in towns and Cities making life hard for citizens and honest merchants to do their trade.
As response to the menace a dark keep was made, a prison fitting for empty animated creatures, a prison to contain and punish zombies and make them learn that their dark deeds have dark consequences. And so we name this impregnable prison the Death’s Cage, where the prisoners of the dead shall be shackled and left to repent for their sins against the people of Silkroad.
Run from your evil deeds, repent your sins or you will be one of the prisoners of the dead!
