Joymax Portal Site Renewal Amendments!

Hello, this is Joymax.

In order to provide our players with a pleasurable gaming experience, we are going to renew our portal site.

We would like our players to be aware of the contents that will be changed after our portal site renewal to avoid confusion and misinformation.

1. E-mail verification will be required
E-mail Verification System was optional before upon creating a Joymax account. However in order to protect our players from account theft and hacking, E-mail Verification is required. Please make sure to verify your Joymax account before entering the new portal site.

2. Silk Cash Integration
The regular silk and premium silk that were only available in purchasing in the Silkroad website will be integrated to portal cash “SILK”. Thus charging Silk will only be available in the new portal site, Joymax.com

3. Change of silk expiration date
We will change the usable period of silk from 1 year to 5 years. This is for our players to enjoy their silk for a long time. Further details on this will be made soon.

4. Gifting silk will no longer be available
Due to some cases of abusing and exploiting we have decided to remove the silk gifting system.

5. Multilingual Customer support
Players can choose to view the portal page contents in Turkish, Arabic, Spanish or German. A language selection bar will be available on the top right corner of the portal page.

You can also send your inquiries using Turkish, Arabic, Spanish or German by selecting your language on the language selection bar and by clicking on the Contact support Tab > QnA

* All of our new amendments will be implemented on the next server inspection, Tuesday, April 26, 2011

Well I haven't played in a month nways, I got to 50% at lv 94 and wondered how could anyone get to 110 legit :banghead:

So what.. When we log into the new site we will be asked to verify our accounts? Or when the new update comes, we'll all get emails and we have to answer the question provided in a link?

Bit confused on the Silk thing to be honest, ended up messaging JM about it.

It is stoping silk gifting not free silk , as it seems the silk gifting made a lot of scammers make profit without giving others silk .

Wait, wait, wait. So there won't be more bots that stall silk items, e.g. new avatar that comes out? Thanks Joymax, I'll quit.

Gifting silk is removed not premium silk .

You won't be able to send silk from 1 account to another but you can buy silk items from the first and trade it to the second .
