For players who experienced inconvenience due to unavailability of the stones in the Silk Mall, now is your chance to purchase the alchemy items.

Some people are reading this wrong. This messenge says that immortal and astral stones and 12d alchemy items can now be bought in silk mall. ( it used to be premuim silk mall only)
