Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
We apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you in Pluto server.
During emergency server inspection, we had critical system error in hardware that takes charge of Pluto. Thus data within certain period has been lost.
According to the result, we’ve traced and found data that can be restored from latest one. All the data of Pluto server will have rollback into Aug. 13th 2011 (13:00 - 14:00) Joymax Standard Time.
There were no cash items lost during the emergency server inspection. Used cash items were restored to the item storage box. If there were lost cash items, please contact customer support.
We are preparing an event in Pluto server as compensation. We know that this event can not be enough compensation for you, rest assured that we will provide better services in the future. We hope you understand.
Further details of the event in Pluto will be announced during the next server maintenance.
