Hello, this is Silkroad Online.

Last December 18, 2012, disconnection problem has been experienced by some players who didn't have enough storage space to receive the Skill/Stat Reset Scrolls (4 pcs) compensation.

We have looked into the issue and immediately resolved the disconnection problem. And as a part of the compensation, we are planning to provide an additional 2 pieces of Skill Reset Scrolls and 2 pieces of Stat Reset Scrolls on each account next weekly server inspection, January 8, 2013.

To properly receive the items, players should leave at least 4 slots in their Storage and not Inventory before the inspection.

Please be reminded that this additional compensation will not be redistributed if the character does not have sufficient storage slots on the day of the server inspection, January 8, 2013.

- The compensation will be provided to the storage of each account of players who are active and have logged in the game for the past 3 months (starting from October 2, 2012).
