Goblins have kickass racials. Max discount, 1% haste A personal bank
Now I need a race that benefits from haste. Lock or shammy probably.

Wait, the announcement trailer seems to imply that Deathwing intervened before we could kill Lich King...

Cataclysm will change the ways abilities are learned. Abilities ranks are gone and ability will just scale progressively with levels instead. Most of the Talent Trees will be changed dramatically, a lot of the passive bonuses will be removed and talent trees should be more fun. (No more "Hurray! Level up! I just got 1% more hit!) There is no plan to allow players to train more than 2 profession. There is no plan to allow more than 2 specs with the dual-spec system. Bags might get slightly bigger with Cataclysm. You will never be able to cleanse the Corrupted Ashbringer. Developers want shaman to be good AE healers and might buff Chain Heal even more. Multi-passenger flying mounts could be added in the future. They might also allow crafters to craft 310% flying mounts if they already completed an achievement rewarding one. Every healer class can now dispell magic, the niches will other debuffs. Engineers might be able to craft bows in the future. If you already own a 310% mount, you might be able to boost the speed of all your 280% mount to 310% just to let you use the one that you prefer.

God this is bad. What use do pallys have in pvp then? I'll take a dispelling druid with hot over any healing class.

qq more about? Well the combinations are stupid every knows it. Goblins, I'm a blood elf so yea I'm glad I don't have stupid wolves in my alliance with almost no racials lol. And yes, Azeroth will suck design wise. Now where is QQ exactly stupid zypher? If you don't like my opinion just shut the **** up.

Quote: Night Elves Mages have been added because it sounded pretty cool to have Elves using arcane when they shouldn't be anymore. IB4 Necrobat Once again, to morons in this thread, the racials (even for the other old races) are not effing finalized yet. It will all change when the expansion hits, like what happened to Frostmourne being the Legendary item for WotLK. Quote: You can't get Frostmourne because it would take control of your soul. Frostmourne would be playing your character, not you. The weapon has an unique fate and the encounter is going to be mega.

this might be worth coming back for. I really don't like the tauren pally thing or dwarfs cutting in on the shaman action but at least that has a base, lore wise. I'd rather see taurens with pally&priest powers than messing with Arcane or warlock stuff though, that would make even less sense.
If the highborne are back i don't think they'll be embraced so readily by the NE especially with Malfurion back, he hates magic.
hate goblins, love worgens...
love the changes to the old world, can't wait to fly in it...
also finally getting to visit the elemental planes sounds bad ass

I wonder if the new ragnaros and onyxia are fire immune. I don't want to raid as arcane/frost (if they still exist then with the whole new system).

I doubt bosses who are immune to certain school will be back... the system was bad. And GC has been selling his "bring the player not the class" concept for a while now.

And I presume quite a few encounters favour one class over another albeit less distinct than the MC'ing in Naxx.

Still wasn't as bad as bosses immune to fire damage.

Wrong. I have multiple characters sharing names on realms within the same battlegroup. So please, pull a source before you try to spout this crap. As for NE mages? I've seen the quest that explains it all, so they mellowed it in nicely. But thanks for seeing my concerns baka.
