I'm in dire need of opinions and criticism. I sketched out the header/content and still haven't started the footer.
Here's how the layout will work:
*Nav: thought = blog, articles; sight = photo blog, random pictures; speech = links, to friends and such.
- I know it's cheesy. I'm going to rework it, I just didn't feel like having a "home, pictures, link" generic navigation.
*The articles page is a bit different...the black boxes will contain numbers (1-6) as will the black boxes on the articles. It will work like an achor, you click the box it scrolls down to the entry.
*The right side countains 1 or 2 boxes for images that pertain to the article.
*A splash page will give users a selection between 4 colour schemes. On the top left, you can also find a colour scheme changer.
*The big blue thing, the banner, and the navigation will be in flash. Roll overs...the blue part will load in like a loading box then the diagonal pattern will scroll horizonatally.
This is what worries me:
*Is the whole navigation scheme a bit too complicated?
*Are the right side boxes too distracting?
Thanks for your help!
