I need an icon that's used as a link in a web page what would bring up a map... so maybe a compass or a map... or something along those lines
size should be about 16x16.

Calm down people, I don't want my guildies making trouble on the forum. I'll have to lock you both in the cellar with dom. And he's been there a while, starting to stink. Well, continuing to stink, truth be told.
Maru, my advice to you is to use Google Image search to find a small icon that you like. If it needs to be smaller, you can always shrink it and clean up any spotty parts. It can take a little fooling around until you get used to images that small, but the good news is there aren't very many pixels to worry about.
