how do i make them, i tried and made an ok one on paint but its wrong kind of image, where do i go to make a sig? I am a noob here being i am a level 112 on runescape  what are the levels, like 3x....?

I know I have no real problems with PSP or GIMP or any other imaging software, I'm just too used to PS and will never stop using it.
