Right click the layer> Blending ops> and then you should see it

Anyways for the newbs...just so u know... This isnt the place to get tuts.

One of ol3n's tutorials is out of date, I think he deleted it.
Also, for your clipping mask tut, maybe you can put the shortcut alt+lmb for convenience without too many options. I would post there, but why waste a post?
