cause usually most ppl rate stuff wether they like it or not, it's by their taste
when you should rate it in a technical way

Ya I gotta admit that anime renders (expecially bleach and naruto) are kinda over used.

yarr...but it still looks sweet. My favorite part is the left side from the circle-ish thing downwards. Whatever the fan looking diagonal lines are going over his left arm I have no idea, but they look great.

offcourse anime stocks are over used lol xD well i like it well the background that is xD
i got a feeling the stock doesnt belong there xD
other then that its a pretty nice tag i would rate it a 7.5/10
