I like where you are going with this, but the text look low quality and has a pixely look to it. The pentooling is very large and you shouldn't pentool with large soft brushes. The background is kinda empty so add some texture and then blur it slightly to add depth. I think you are getting the gist of the flow and I like the blue eye and everything else being black and white. Define your lighting source and the random brushes at the left side of her face makes the tag look forced.
Thanks a bunch, I was thinking the same thing about the text, i really didnt think much about the position and for somereason ps wont AA the text so it comes out all pixely. Im going to leave this one be, but next time imma try some different brushes for the pen tool. Thanks again
I was always told to group similar colours based on their "temperature". What I mean by that is blues fit better with purples and greens, cold colours. Whereas reds fit better with oranges and yellows, hot colours. To get to my point, try changing the yellow and red to cold colours.
