ok, for some reason it does that to me at the loading fonts part. if i wait long enough it will eventually initialize, but it is a pain in the ass.
PSE with a Wacom for $80 is a really good deal, im not a fan of pirated software so i wont recommend it. PSE is going to get you a lot more than gimp ever will

GIMP launching time is veery long, If you know even a little bit how to download torrents, I would suggest you to get Photoshop. And one of my friends searched youtube and got his PS from there, but not sure how safe it is.
The last thing you do, is to buy PS, it costs over 1000€, so not good for just home using, PS elements is a cheaper version of PS, but with PS you can do a lot more.
