frasier and seinfield are the best sitcoms out there by a huuuuuuge margin imo.
some of the other sitcoms can make me smile, but these two can make me laugh so hard i just get into breathing trouble.

(i remember that frasier ep where he tells people about how he protested in a car garage, claiming he wanted out as soon as he got in, a line formed after him, his brother was with him for moral support, and he got out without paying his 4$ , while the radio station thinks hes talking about what he 'did' with his producer roz.
