So I was on the train reading the journal (lol I know) and I came on a rather interesting article. It was about a recently created website called Cheatersville ( http://cheaterville.com/). Basically, it's a website where people can post about cheaters they've met and stuff. According to the CEO, no one is allowed to post the cheaters personal phone number, credit card, etc. What do you guys think? Should a cheater be punished like that? Is it fair for the cheater? I'm kind of neutral on the subject. I mean, it's a low-blow but you did cheat afterall.

I'm not even sure what to think. But it's a huge violation of privacy. Well, how would you feel if you saw your profile on there eh? lulz And what about children? Will they want their friends to see their parents on a site like this?

Its best to remain neutral in matters like this. Its natural to harbor thoughts of retribution and justice but everyone enters a relationship understanding to some degree the risk involved. Its one of life's many tolerable risk.

It's not a matter of 'risk' involved at all, what hurts about being cheated on is the feeling of betrayal. My ex cheated on me twice over a 9 months period and I can assure you that it had terrible impacts on my life. The fist time it happened was completely out of the blue, she cheated on me and left me for him. I felt so betrayed, used, neglected. I was an absolute wreck. Later down the track I forgave her, we went back out again (she ended up breaking things off with the other guy) and after a while she cheated on me again with the same guy. Honestly, I lost the plot. That was a few years ago now and I still haven't been in a relationship since, it has such a dramatic impact upon your trust for people and your willingness to give your heart away. Is this website a bit overboard? Sure, probably. But in the end it's just a place for people to vent, as long as personal details aren't included. Would I post on it? Well no, but then again it's basically what I just did, right?

Just don't give out personal details! "Even if they are selfish bastards" Anyways... Cheating is absolutely unacceptable! That's for sure! And I don't get why you would want to hurt someone who cares about you that much eh? Well, If you understand and agree to have a monogamous relationship then YOU BETTER KEEP that agreement. Seriously!

Sounds like a Porn site about people cheating on their significant others.

Well no, but then again it's basically what I just did, right? You seem to not get it or your past experience is getting the better of you. Relationships can and in most cases are a huge investment that comes with risks. What happened to you shouldav made you realize this.
The website is irrelevant really. If there was a website showing you how many people got hurt or injured when they left their home for work or school it wouldn't matter because we're all willing to take that risk everyday and we do....same notion applies for relationships. You can only try to limit that possibility.
You'd still feel hurt and in pain if the website showed your ex-girlfriend listed on there. Just like you felt the same pain when you found on your own. It's all part of life. If anyone feels the urge to check that website for their spouse then it's time to have a chat with their spouse or walk out of their relationship.

Counterpart of SecondLove, a website created so people go out and cheat.
But I say, a cheater shouldn't be punished but rather the one cheated on. They apparently aren't satisfactory enough so their partner goes out and finds something better.
That's how I see it. Had it a bunch of times my partner wasn't satisfactory enough in the sack but I still liked them enough to stay with them, I just found my sex at someone else.
