I have a M1 Garand, and a Lee-Enfield. Had a video me firing of the Lee. Lee fires a 303 round and the m1 a 30 cal round. Do you hand pack your rounds?
I've had the (American)M1-Carbine(lot cheaper than the M1) and an (British)Enfield, but now I'm down to just having a(Russian)Mosin-nagant 762x54 and a (German)mauser kar98 for my WW2 battle rifles collection. Wanted to get a (Italian)carcano (gun that killed Kennedy)but never got around to it, and the (Japanese)Arisaka type 99, but couldn't find a good conditioned one.
I have since grown out of the old WW2 era rifles, but it was fun to try and find these rifles. Most of them are cheap and look great up in the gun case, and they all shoot pretty decent.
Back on topic, I have quite a collection(being from Texas) of firearms: Colt 1911 .45 and an ACE .22(Really expensive 1911 looking .22)/ Colt .38 Diamondback / a bunch of .22-.45 pistols from S&W to Taurus / Remington 300 win mag (decked out for long range "sniping")/ Remington .22-250 / savage 270 and a few other hunting rifles(Won't go into scopes) / A couple of Rem. 870 model shotguns and one really old 10 gauge sawed off/ Then just about every .22 rifle you can think of, I've probably got it.
I personally love the 1911 style pistols and really anything colt, but for concealed carry I usually have my Springfield XD, which just seems to have a better fit and feels more comfortable.
lol forgot one of my favorites, the Colt AR-15 which I take out to the river almost anytime I go! Never know when the zombies are gonna be coming!
