Prositutes have sex with anyone and any one, as long as that person can pay.
And sure, while these medical sex workers do perform sex acts for money, the difference between them and your typical prostitute is that they only perform these acts on those who are incapable of doing it themselves.
It's all a bit strange, I admit, but what they're doing is ground breaking, and I see no harm in doing it. Plus, the amount of "good" they do for their clients is incredible.
Just think, what if you weren't able to jack off? Imagine how much that'd suck.
