We've replaced the word "slavery" for "work week".
But seriously? What the hell is the point in wasting most of our lives working for shit we don't even need?
Wouldn't we be happier if we just got back to the basics, and you know, lived life?

Not a full fledge hippie.
More like a minimalist.
Currently running the math on various things that aren't really necessary, and it's astounding how much of our life we work away for stupid shit. The newest smart phone being a perfect example of this.
And I'm starting to wonder, is it all worth it?

meh thats how it is. work ass off in school to get to college, then work your ass off to get a job, then work your ass off for the next 40 years to save for retirement/buy a facking $50,000 porsche when you are like 65

another young person thinking work is slavery. I don't agree with a lot of work methods but work is necessary for a civilization. Extreme basics.

You really don't have to subscribe to the current lifestyle....To be more reasonable just cut back on the things you deem unnecessary....stuff like booze...smartphones...chicks....internet...oxygen LOLOL....
