well, im pretty sure its coming to australia (i am ot australian, i only live there), and this forum was started for only australians in mind, i am currently editing it, and im not sure which countries can use the global version, if i cant, i will play silkroad till 2 moons comes

There's no global version planned.
EST soft only licences certain area's/countries like: Europe, Japan, Taiwan,...
An Australian version might come, but I'm not sure.
