Just had a few more questions, and I thought that I'd bump this thread up, instead of making an entirely new one.
Foods? Are these foods good or bad for me, if I'm trying to bulk up, and lose weight?
Bananas - I think I read somewhere that you shouldn't eat them.
Burgers - Not McDonalds burgers, or fast food burgers. I mean, those you might get from a restaurant such as Applebees, or a steakhouse.
Bagels - I eat one every morning for breakfast. 220 calories, 10 fat calories, and has 9 grams of proteins, as well as 15% of Iron, Calcium, and a few other things.
Salads? I'm eating one of those for lunch everyday - no protein, though, so I don't know if that's good for me, or not.
Eggs - any idea on how many I should eat each day for breakfast? Heard those were extremely high in protein.
Fruits - peaches, oranges, apples, pears, blueberries. I find myself eating quite a bit of fruit to satisfy my diettt, hehe, without eating junk food.

I'm so proud that I begun the chain of "Having girl problems (insert number of also's here)" threads.

Yeah, I've noticed, lol.

But, anyway... just needed a tiny bit of information.
I'm trying to lose body fat percentage here. Not weight. Trying to bulk up (if you guys read my Weightlifting Questions thread), but at the same time, lose body fat, so I don't think my weight should really go down significantly.
It's not possible to lose body fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. Well, technically it's possible, but you have to have the perfect diet, and run the perfect ammount, & other shit.

Regarding Diet Coke - I drink like, 3 cans of those a day. Stop? Does it do anything bad for me? The Diet Coke used to be Coke, but ever since I started to try to lose body fat, it's been Diet Coke. It says 0 calories, so I've never worried much, but then again, it can't be good for you, can it?
Also, what about foods like Doritos, and other chips? This is what's starting to happen to me.
Eating stuff like chips is bad, but I can't help from having crap food every once in a while. I don't drink diet drinks, 'cause they replace sugar with chemicals, and it's worse for your body, but you will lose more weight.
Well, what I'm asking about the Diet Coke is for - I don't really mind if it's going to mess up my heart or anything, lol. But since it has 0 calories, will it be the same as me drinking water, or orange juice, as far as losing weight goes?

As an example:
I used to eat, say, 500 calories at breakfast, 1000 at lunch, and 500 at dinner.
Now I'm usually eating 0 for breakfast, a bag of chips in between breakfast and lunch (140 calories, of which 60 or so are fat), maybe 700 at lunch, and 400 - 500 at night. Maybe another bag of chips in between lunch and dinner.
Does this hurt me? Because I'm cutting down on the amount of food I eat at meals, but I'm kind of substituting that with chips.
You have to have breakfast. I like milk and cereal... Simple stuff. But you have to have carbs for breakfast or you'll be tired & malnourished.
Skip the chips.
You should tell me what you're having for lunch and dinner... Because bulking up just doesn't happen. You have to eat protein. 0.8-2.0 grams of protein per pound of body fat is good. I can usually only get .8 or 1.2, but my bro gets like 2.2 per day and he has 18.5 inch arms (
Holy. Shit)
What do
you eat for lunch and dinner?
Thanks, Rainigul, everyone else.
If I don't reply soon, it's because I'm still in Atlanta, and my Internet access here is a little limited, haha.
