Well, lately.. I've been eating food with a lot of spices in it, with the occasional healthy-ish junk food type of stuff.
LOTS of mexican stuff. I've also been having chicken quesedillas from taco bell, and the chipotle bbq chicken wraps from mcdonalds.
I went to the doctor yesterday, and i've dropped some weight. She said foods with a lot of spices/seasonings in it tend to help process your food better and rpomote better health? I dunno, she's very into her traditional Indian food so I guess i'll trust her on that lol
Also, I sweatted my ass off at Warped Tour. I drank gatorade all day (which is in fact better for your body than water when you're doing a lot of physical activity) and I think I lost a bit of water weight there.
Sweating is good, d it a little more often
