... was kind of creepy. So then, all the parents there started to get worried. They called in a "priest" as you guys say it. He started to say some stuff, and she started to go wild. she was screaming and yelling, and stuff. So they took her to this room and layed her on the bed. They had to hold her down, because she was going so crazy! So obviously she was possessed. The parents made all of us " kids" go into a seperate room so that we wouldnt get scared either. So after a while of doing "prayers", she got better. It was just wierd because she coudlnt really remember what had happened. This is another thing i definatly( spelled right?) wont forget. :shock:

I can't say for myself if ghosts are real. I'm kind of confused if I'm a believer or not but these shows on TV (I enjoy watching most haunted on the travel channel)... I watch 'em while thinking some of it fake. I'll need more evidence that a tv show to really shake me and convince me. To me i hope they are real because this proves that there is life after death and at least on religion is right. If they're not real, then all religions are useless then huh? :shock:

OT:

While i don't beleive in like floating things walking around all white moaning and groaning about stuff i do believe in spirits. I think they are a natural part of life as not all souls leave the mortal plane peacefully. I think spirits are the souls that for one reason or another have tried to delay moving on. Be it out of guilt or for the sake of a loved one or simply for fear of the afterlife. But delaying the moving on process imo goes against nature so would be a very hard act to do and would require a strong level of conviction in there reason for staying.

Anyway i think They move among us in our daily lives or haunt specific ppl or places. But i think the worst they can do is interact with the world around you in subtle ways. Like influencing bad luck or good luck kinda. A spirit that is trying to help you would be able to subtle influence the outcome of small things in your favor, like a flash that gets your attention saving you from a car crash. And a spirit that would try to hurt your would do something similar, like attracting you to a section of a room with weak flooring so you fall through. Stuff like that, I stronger spirit would be able to influence things in a larger way like moving a causing a screw to loosen just enough that it cause problems.

Of course all thats just my crazy opinion :roll:

Well my sister had experienc with that. Hers son when was like 1,5 years old. And was riding around with his toycar in room. big toycar. He couldnt open doors. but my sister found him outside doors and down the floors with toycar. The floors was scrached only on bottom. Something like he would fly there. he wasnt crying. when she came looking what happened. he started crying. it was rly Wierd. if you dont understanded me. im sorry i cant describe it well. But they exist

i believe in ghosts, i saw one when i was still a kid

we were all watching T.V. when i looked outside the window, the window was directly behind us, then i saw an old lady, she was not scary looking or anything, in fact she looked like my grandma. So then i told My parents, "hey invite grandma in, maybe she wants to watch with us", then we all looked outside and then no one was there.outside the window is our garage, and no one will be able to go inside unless they go through the front gate.

Then years after we left that house, everyone who lived there after us was saying that there are ghosts in the house. It has been 12 years since we left that house, and up until now no one has settled there.

I guess there are ghosts that do not look scary

So she told me that the day everything had happened to me, was the 1 day that she decided to leave a cassette tape playing, of those "phrases".

I was like 9, or 10 I think when this happened.

Are you pagan? Sounds like it perhaps, though then again you have left very few clues.

My grandma always says one thing which I think has such great truth to it, "It's not the dead you have to fear, but the living."

And I think that's great because it's so true. Most of the time when people think they see a ghost it's of someone they knew, or at least that's what I think. But just think of the 6th sense, the kid is scared to death of the ghosts, but all they want is some help.

Besides, how can ghosts hurt you? I don't believe they can.

I myself have not experienced anything paranormal, but one time I almost did, lol. I was trying to fall asleep, when I saw something dark pass over my eyes, I shot them open, and looked around, nothing was there, but I could tell something moved. It turned out it was just my friend, and she couldn't sleep and was movin' around, lol.

Anyways, continuing on what I said before, I think that the soul of a person can comunicate with another person, and if their bond is strong enough, they can actually talk to each other.

Right now I'm scared out of my pants because it's pitch black right now, and the room I'm sitting in, half of it is windows. And as I was typing this, 2 strange noises happened behind me, but I do not dare look 'cause like I said, I'm scared.
