What do you guys consume in the morning before leaving for work/school?

I usually just take coffee with milk and bread.
It's quick and gives me a jumpstart.

If I've been working out/plan to work out that day, I'll have about 5-6 scrambelled eggs on wholemeal bread. If I'm just going to work or Tafe, I'll have a bowl of oats in milk. Sometimes I mix things up a bit though, and have toasted ham & cheese on a muffin. Bliss

I work out pretty much all the time.

1 Banana Milkshake made with fresh bananas, whole milk and brown sugar.
4 Scrambled Eggs
Some slices of whole bread, usually toast.
A bowl of cereal with yogurt.
Some cheesecake with jam, from time to time.
Some other fruit, usually apples, peaches, or prunes.
Water.

I don't eat in the morning unless it's a weekend and i'm going out for breakfast. In that case it's sausage, potatoes, and toast.

Depends on how hungry I am.

Either some yogurt and a banana, or one of those frozen breakfast deals with the sausage, eggs, potatoes and cheese.

healthy/unhealthy basically ;-)
