Okay lets try this again, without fucking trolls, I didn't ask you if you ate proteins, atleast you could have said eat a steak, or what ever (oh and please go ahead insert a umad.jpg because that will probably be the next thing you do) I asked people that do take it, if you think its stupid fine good for you but to be honest I couldn't give a crap, and by the way a steak at 2pm is REALLY smart -.-
I don't take it after every workout, but I will on days I didn't meet my protein macros and/or want a protein desert. (NO HOMO!) I mix mine with water and ice to save those milk calories for real food somewhere else. I'm in a 'cut' right now to lose a little bodyfat. When I'm not it's milk all the way!
Protein brownies: 1 Scoop + 1 tablespoon peanut butter + a little water + 15sec in the microwave. mmm
Protein (carb free basically) brownies: 2 scoops whey, 1 egg, tsp baking powder, water to batter consistency. Cook like normal pancakes.
*White flood for my preworkout/intra workout drink. I'm heading to the gym in an hour.

That kind of goes without saying. Too much of anything is bad for u and if you're not using it then you're getting too much...

I take it with almond milk, water, and ice. Calories only matter up to a point. More important is what you're eating. So far i can only find it in chocolate and vanilla. Vanilla is ok but i know somewhere it comes in strawberry. I dream of that day...

I used to make 3-4 shakes a day in Norway, I packed on 12 kg in less than a year there. I ate until I couldn't eat no more at every meal, and then I ate some more, and I drank some more protein powder/creatine. Everyone was really into working out at my school and I'd work out 5 times a week combined with a program of running, cycling, skiing, climbing, hiking and all other outdoor stuff. Protein powder is pretty good, it really helped decrease the time my muscles felt sore after an intense workout. It really helped pack on the muscles too. I think 12kg is quite a lot for just a year so that's nice.
The only downside, which is so big I quit using it, is shitting 3 times a day. It may be because I was eating so Farking much I would have to take toilet clogging dumps to get it all out in 1 shit per day, but I blame the protein powder. I got pretty flatulent from it as well, stomach always making noises. I never felt comfortable sitting some place watching a movie because my stomach would go nuts. I think I just took too much protein powder tbh. For now I'm ok with my results, and I'm done gaining weight so I don't really need/want to use protein powders as an aid for muscle building.
edit: I drank it with water most of the times. If I remembered I would steal some milk at the meals, but I forgot a lot. Imo chocolate tastes like shit after ~10 times. Strawberry always tastes good. My shake tasted so good I'd just make protein shakes if I was thirsty and wanted something nice to drink.

I assume you get it from walmart, like me? Our local walmart carries it, but if yours doesn't you can buy it from walmart online.

Nope, it does not contain any creatine. It's got a nice makeup: 130 calories, 24g protein, 4g carbs, 1.5g fat. Perfect for someone on a cut who needs to meet their protein intake, but keep cals as low as possible.

Edges firm up like a brownie and the inside stays runny. MMMMM.
I avoid drinking those, because they are not natural. I rather get my protein from milk/eggs/chicken. I might consume them when I'm going to cut.

Actually i prefer to drink water or milk more than a protien shake .
