U know everybody when gets mad need something to hit, u know.
So wat do u do if u was mad and need something to release ur anger on?
For me if i was allowed to do that, i go for a guns shooting club and start on the targets i should shoot there   (sounds cool).
So... wat do u do?

Lol calm down, I didn't mean it in a bad way lol.
I suck at maths, if I do maths while I'm angry I'm going to get frustrated and get WAY more angry. Don't want that to happen. :3

Tho i wont have sex if i'm frustrated. Maybe when i'm tense and stressed, that really helps.
But being mad, i just tell my boyfriend that i'm furious and he stops trying to do /say things that would drive me crazy.
And being frustrated, i just hug my pillow and force myself to sleep.

If i be take away of my anger well that depends what happend ..
well is olmost the same like others do, yelling,walking,take a deep breath ,do something else to get my mind off things ,Music,
Only drive a car well not so good idea if i think about what i am mad of.

I ride my bike listening to gackt..I love it lol, no matter what mood im in, after i ride my bike at my neighbourhood for a while (1-3 hours) while listening to music i always feel better after i do it ^_^
