My first piece of advice is to research the programs you currently use on Windows and check which Mac alternatives are available. No point in switching if you can't work easier on the new platform.  There's a bit a learning curve involved if you've used Windows all your life, but don't be discouraged if you don't get it right the first time. It took me a couple of weeks before my computer "felt like home" at first. =)

Someone knows any good mac theme for vista. No windoe blinds just normal theme. Good tutorial would be nice too.

Used GeekTool to get all the text (clock and date included) on the desktop. The folders are just shortcuts, but I took off the little alias arrow with Candybar. =)
