Yes because Brazil was playing so 'samba-like'... oh wait their matches sucked even harder than the alleged boring matches of the Netherlands. It was just some unfortunate matches with like 8+ defenders that made the Netherlands look less spectacular, but the Netherlands has always been known for their offensive well played style. It's not like we're Greece or something and only score out of corners for 1 tournament.
I didn't say Holland are a defensive team o.O. Its that they play so direct (like germany and england), and some fans like that kind of play. i like most passing, like spain and brazil (even if they aren't as flair as they used to be they still play good passes). Again im not saying Holland aren't good or that they play defensive, im just saying i don't like their style, which is my opinion.

fuckin lol. He blames Robben for the farked up shit he did?
I want Fifa to punish him. What he did was a career threating move. Pretty obvious he had no intentions of getting the ball.
I think he replaces CR9 as the world's dive master
Spoiler!
Dutch star Arjen Robben probably did more flopping on the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium pitch than the frolicking dolphins did off nearby Port Elizabeth Beach Friday afternoon.
Robben’s consistent dives had the Brazilians frustrated all afternoon. One of them led to a free kick that resulted in the tying goal of the huge 2-1 victory by the Netherlands in the World Cup quarterfinal showdown at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Frustrated by Robben’s theatrics, defender Felipe Melo finally snapped and stamped on him in the 73rd minute, an act that got the Brazilian sent off.
Afterwards, Dutch manager Bert Van Marwijk became upset in his post-game press conference when it was suggested Robben had been acting.
I think everyone of you should analyse the fouls made on Robben and watch closely. Then you should all be ashamed of the Brazil football gameplay.
And I agree with above, Brazil tried to provocate (is it the right word?) the Dutch players. The didn't succeed in that. The Dutch players, however, succeeded in their provocations.

Felipe melo was just being dirty as ****. and 'I have enough strenght to break his leg' yeah, no shit sherlock, everyone on the field has enough strenght to break everyone's leg, which obiously doesnt mean shit. Besides that, they allreaddy got Bastos out coz he made like 6-7-8 small fouls on robben. Yes robben did exagurate it a lot, but then again, hes a player that needs to have it from his technique and speed, and even if the fouls made on him are small, they do stop him from being effective.
And for those who whine about the netherlands not playing beautifully enough compared to brazil.... brazil played 2-1 against North Korea, k ?
Anyhow, nice matches upcomming, i hope spain shows some nice play, they should be able to against paraguay.
Why have you not selected Ronaldinho? "Everyone always wants to talk about players who are not here. You need to respect the players that are here," he snaps.

To be quite honest, Robben might have exagerated a bit sometimes, but most fouls were Farking attacks on his allready weak leg. That's more disgusting then diving. They Farking started beating on his leg in the 4th minute or so, rediculous.

Haha, I actually lol'ed. But it doesn't convince anyone. About the vid, you can clearly see he gets hit 2 times on his leg and then a hit on his hamstring.
Or search on youtube for dives from Ronaldo, he's made to many to even line up. Leaves alone the italian team his world cup xD
Getting kicked twice after which exaguratingly falling to make sure he gets the free kick after which getting stomped on the hamsting where he was injured during the start off the tourny:

We should 'fix' Van Persie. He's an awesome player but the way the team/he is playing he's just not doing anything for us. They should change something around because he's pretty much useless for 70-80 minutes until he gets subbed. That's just how I see it though. Last match he wasn't dangerous at all.
No, van Persie should stay. His time will come soon. On top of that, every team is afraid of van Persie and he gets defended really well, which gives Kuyt, Sneijder and Robben space to shoot.
