yep dat defence ... :( . we got lucky Rodgers & Co did their job rlly well . Hawk did some good tackles but it was kinda him and Williams doing the job ... also Raji was solid , rest of them were crap

Well Shields did end the game with the interception.

Here are your chances of winning the superbowl:

SEA 24.90%
DEN 20.20%
NE 14.70%
CAR 14.50%
PHI 6.50%
CIN 4.70%
SF 3.50%
KC 3.40%
NO 2.80%
GB 2.30%
SD 1.80%
IND 0.60%
PIT 0.00% (HAHA they're not even in the playoffs because they suck shit through a straw!)

carolina at 14% and IND last? considering they're probably going to beat the chiefs that's weird. also the steelers actually beat the bengals this year when they got healthier, the chargers barely beat the chiefs backups.. with helps from the officiating, admitted by the nfl. if anyone sucks shit through a straw it'd be them

I can't talk about the AFC but I think Carolina is the 2nd best team in the NFC, followed by SF. I'd put Arizona and NO in a tie for 4th and everyone else sucks, especially Detroit.

Chicago signs Jay Cutler for 7 years.

In other news, Packers win the next 7 NFCN championships.

What. What. Arizona tied with NO? Carolina second best NFC team?

Definitely. I'm a pretty big fan of Football Outsider's DVOA ratings. There is no deeper analysis of every player on every play in every game.

Their NFC ranking by DVOA is:

SEA
CAR
NO
SF
PHI
ARI

I drop NO behind SF because I'm assuming a neutral field and we all know about NO's home/away differential. That's a no brainer.

So why ARI over PHI? Defense. Evenly matched (PHI has #2 O, ARI has #2 D) I take the defense over the offense. And it doesn't hurt that ARI's offense is better than PHI's defense.

So yeah, SEA, CAR, SF, NO/ARI then everyone else.

And Joey, Kap gets rattled with noise. You better yell yer head off.

Out of all the teams that made the playoffs, I find myself rooting for Green Bay.

sweet lady karma struck the chiefs tonight. you don't rest all of your starters and give a division team a free ride to the playoffs, they deserved it. :sohappy:

If they lose I'm going to blame it on you being a bandwagon fan. If they win I'll send you dick pics*.

They're playing the 49'ers, pretty sure it won't be my fault if they loose.

However, dick picks are always appreciated.

You were the first one to mention them loosing. Therefore, the blame rests solely on your muscular shoulders.

Damn 49ers beating teams on their own field and not letting them play in the Super Bowl.

Last year was probably the best chance the Falcons had for a win.

Sorry I hate to be an asshole(most of the time) but there is a single "o" in the word lose and subsequently the word losing. It's one error that really bothers me for no apparent reason.

I blame Joey for being at the game and not doing enough to make the 9ers lose.

My voice yes, my life no. It isn't that cold, nobody sits down ever, and we're jumping and just having too much fun to be cold.

He was offside. If he had blocked it they would have re-kicked it 5-yards closer and I would have been even more disappointed.

Updated Superbowl predictions (courtesy of Football Outsiders, who predicted all four games last weekend):

SEA 34.8%
DEN 24.7%
NE 22.4%
SF 18.1%

I predict the Hawks will beat SF this weekend by a score of 35.5 to 8.
