A lot of this food looks good. Ah nice, never had a class, it's been self study on and off for awhile. Mainly off these past few years since I focused more on my french studies (I still need to take classes for both) ...lol Toshiharu wrote: Mmm falafel reminds me of hummus and pita bread ......mmmmmmmm

From my Mexican side: Menudo Tamales. Home cooked of course, and only on Christmas. Danish side of the family: Æbleskiver. They're little pancake balls. Usually fill with some sort of jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar. mmm Medisterpølse. A Danish sausage. So good.

From My Colombian Side. Bandeja Paisa Its a mix of; rice, egg, beans, sausage(choriso), arepa(Colombian Bread), avocado, powdered beef and pork. Here is an image of one that i made myself when away at Uni, i got to say i was damn proud of it: From My Indonesian (by upbringing not blood) side. Nasi Goreng It's a fried (Goreng) rice (Nasi) that is very regular here in Indonesia. Normally made up of The rice itself containing chicken, spices, veggies. Searved with a side of whatever is in the rice. (Either chicken, beef, shrimp, sea-food.. wtvr) Some Sate (Imagine Mini-Kebabs) and kreupuk (It's like a flavored cracker, most common one is chicken/shrimp flavor). Crack an fry an egg over the rice, and serve it spicy (i prefer it mild).

It's really hard for me to say what I actually eat as I am vegan, so I don't eat, meat, milk, cheese, butter, eggs. So I bake my own cakes, biscuits and buy dairy free chocolate etc. I tend to eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, rice and pasta. I eat burger and sausages, and pies, but they are meat and dairy free.

Who says a burger or a sausage has to be made from meat? Veggie burgers w/ beans and whatnot are fine, but the word "sausage" basically implies meat gonna agree w/ Cell here, it's not technically "sausage" lol

They're so simple yet so delicious, as well as ceviche. Just reading this topic makes my mouth water.

What's with all this small portion artsy-fartsy food?
Give me a beer and a pizza, that's my cultural food.
