Actually a lot of states have staturory rape laws that apply for years under 18.
If the girl is 12-13 or younger, and you are 16 + then yes. Also if you are 18+ and they are 12-13 or younger, you get Life In Prison without possibility of parole. And Frankly that is deserved.

I don't see the problem. If you like her and she likes you then go for it. But remember that she is indeed still young so her feelings might not be 100% real. And about the sex, if she wants it go ahead lol. Just make sure she won't backstab you and act like you forced it on her haha

Its a matter of perception...at those ages it doesn't seem like a big deal...but when you get older it does......It's best to ask yourself however if you had a 14 year old little sister would it be OK for some 17 yr old dude to be dating her......or if you were old enough to have a 14 yr old daughter would it be OK. People barely try to empathize that's why they can give such casual responses to things like these.

Depends on the type of guy, some types I wouldn't let get close to her either but the average guy sure...Most of all I'll scare him mwaha. Besides, prohibiting teenagers from doing stuff will only encourage them so you better be flexible if it isn't about a too extreme guy.
