if this really your work, you should make a portfolio, then use it to get work, then you can buy a kick ass pc, which supports more polys and is able to render way faster, and so on :D

@ Gaige: Not really interested ina portofolio now. This really isnt my main thing lol just a hobby. Just for fun ^.^

Final Update:

- Outer scene are modified
- Enviroment added
- Lighting slight changes
- Some other stuff.

P.S: I dont think the sky fit's completely with the scene. I think imma leave it, but yeah.

I thought the first pics were crap in all honesty ( besides for the statue on the wall, that i liked ) but the 2nd set looked much better. Still I think the art is lacking in a major way and you should work in some more interesting concepts.

It probably isnt your taste. Which is fine :) , BUT for what I need it for. Is good :P

I noticed that the leaves on the second one seem out of proportion, maybe try to touch them up, also increase AA, but decent renders, what renderer/program are you using, it almost looks like maya

the sky looks almost ok, but you can tell its a low res texture, step up the quality on that

also on the thrid one, the grass seems out of place and the flower looks bad, imo of course, but from a lot of experience as well

Your right about presets but since this isnt for a game lol im trying to finish at soon as possible. This is actually for a video. Which wont even see that angle. ^.^

good nuff, also some more ways to help you make this look more optimized is the lighting, try to search real-life lighting positions (3ds max includes a time/location light system)
