Bacon, Sausages and Scrambled eggs with toast. A double espresso and a large glass of milk.

Good times <3

I noticed that when somebody make a thread asking people to talk about themselves he more replays than any other kind of threads (except religion threads ofc)
Proof that everything is revolving around attention, it's our nature, we social creatures
But still people flame anyone trying to get attention in a direct way.
hmmm... my mind need a break

Or it's just the fact that when there is a thread where you can talk from own experience people reply because it's easy? :)

Take a look at other threads you will see that replaying on them is easy too, most of them is giving opinions about something.
but everyone is more interested in discussing stuff that he's a part of

It's a forum. We are here to talk. Get over it.

Back on topic, I'm surprised how many people don't eat breakfast. I'm no nutritionist, so correct me if I'm wrong, but overnight your metabolism slows down dramatically, due to a lack of food you have consumed over the hours. Breakfast, being a meal you eat before you begin your daily activities, helps to boost your metabolism again and return it to it's normal levels, which in effect helps you to burn off more energy during the day.
Correct me id I'm wrong of course, but this is what I have always gone by. Seems like a good idea to have a structured breakfast, imo.

That is why it is the most important meal of the day.. I try not to go anywhere without eating first.

It's common sense, of course, and when I was younger I also followed that.. But over the years I kept oversleeping and having to hurry so my body adapted to that. When I have to get up 5 to 8 AM-ish I can't eat. It seems like my metabolism starts at 9, cuz that's when I get the urge for food.. for the rest, water, coffee, and once I had breakfast with a can of redbull.

Its important, thats why you see alot of people who work out eat immidiatly after they wake up. The 8~ hours you sleep, your body doesnt intake anything ( obviously ) so when you are up and active, your body hungers for all its needs; and when it doesnt get what it needs, it starts breaking down your musclez in substitute. so basically, eating is good.

But this thread is based on morning foods, so this isnt a nutritional thread and im not going to blabber about metabolism and other things

I usually don't eat breakfast; during the week days when I got full-time classes to go to, I don't eat till dinner usually. But during the times when I do eat breakfast it's either something very light like coffee and toast, a croissant, etc., or something very savory and heavy like steak and eggs, bacon and eggs, french style scrambled eggs...>.>

Making breakfast right now:

Sausages, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Double Espresso and then possibly a glass of water.

Finish it off with a cigarette.

A cig: always
A cup of coffee: usually unless I could sleep for 12 hours.
Some sort of breakfast (either bread, cereal or muesli) when I need to do something active.

Breakfast for me is serious business and it usually involves some bread and a non-full glass of milk, bread + random fruit + water is a not too uncommon also.

edit: Kinda unfortunate to see how many of you aren't aware of how important breakfast is ( slap yourself is you eat cereal ).
