Obama showed what is the legally accepted tender for proving birth at the beginning of his campaign, the short form. Releasing his long form at the time would have given legitimacy to the claims being made by the birthers... but now it's at the point where the claims are a serious distraction. He didn't lie about anything.

It is all about race & religion (cause he's a scary black muslim who wants us all to die).

Jaksje, what I am saying is that he wouldn't have ran if he were Kenyan because the FBI and CIA have more than enough intelligence to verify whether it is true or not. Actually it has a lot to do with race. Trump's statements have pretty much all had incredibly obvious racial undertones behind them. His statement advising that Obama "gets on the phone or gets off his basketball court or whatever he is doing at the time" is a blatant racial remark.

Or Trump trying to say that Obama was a poor student who still somehow got into Harvard. Curiously enough the man who married Trump's daughter actually did have low grades, but still got into Harvard. Weird how that works.

Trump is making a bad image for Republicans, which is causing some to reconsider their political standing.

What is the explanation for the obsession with his father, birth, and now grades? This attention wasn't paid to Bush's subpar academic performance, or other candidates with foreign born parents. This is a fringe group, no one says they are reasonable... those denying there is any prejudice involved are usually the ones participating.

Lol I can agree with there just being plain old crazies out there, but to generalize them as anyone who is against Obama is kinda dumb. Idk how I'm in denial about anything, I guess I didn't know how big a deal this birther thing has gotten, since, I've kinda been out of the loop on the whole cable news thing and internet blogs. I dislike Obama as a president not as a man, but heck I don't care for the Bushes, Clinton, or Carter as presidents.
