It's getting better, it's really starting to sound like a song now : D. The effect that you use from 1:50 onwards is very random though. Also you should be careful with hat and snare drums. They're pretty loud in your song, which produces a really annoying tss sound. Maybe it's just me but hearing that too much gives me headaches
I also think it might be a little bit too long for it's own good, but if you're going for trancestep that might be the whole idea

i always did have trouble deciding on a genre. lol. but the snare in dub songs is supposed to be *smash*, however, the hat, i can decrease the volume... but, i kinda like it, makes it harder. i'll do some experiments with it though.
gotta add some more trancey shit, but once again, my computer limits my patience as far as actual work on the song goes. probably do more on it tonight.
what're you gonna do about the computer anyway? did your old one get confiscated as evidence or something ? can't you ask the police for a refund and a backup?

Oh wow. That one actually sounds pretty good : D I mean there's some sounds and timings and stuff that need fixing, but it's going in the right direction

You'd add some more variation in the volume -- at some time put the bass up a bit, later drums up or smth like this. Right now it's all the same volume, which makes it a little bit boring. Except for that it's great!

i think i am about as done as i am gonna get with diddle now... i personally think it is one of, if not my best track ever. hehe. I may have a friend throw a flow over it, or i may sing over it... not sure yet, but as of now, i am calling it complete.
I'll be straightforward this time, since I can't really offer you advice on how to improve it, just what to improve.
- Missing a leading wubwub (you have a rhythmic wubwub, but none that really takes the lead (which is kinda to be expected of any form of dubstep?)(unless you don't want one for trancestep?(but then I find this to be too close to an incomplete dubstep then a complete trancestep)(wow, that's a lot of ()'s)) - 1:10 is a bad transition - Still no drop - the stuff at 2:37 need an extra note, 3 notes seems insufficient. - 3:12 this stuff seems out of place. too many tunes going on at the same time, and I don't think a bagpipe is very suitable for dubstep :/ - For once Blackfox is right, it really could use some speed.

oi oi, a song is your own, not your fan's (or w/e cathegory we would fall under ). It's not up to us what drop you make. anything is fine, as long as it takes the lead. Just don't go all skrillex on us (because skrillex is for show, not for content). Also, no offence to your friend, but adding in vocals is risky. Although they could improve your music, chances are greater that they'll butcher it instead (example: SHM - one). So yeah... you'll have to be very critical of your friend if you want to make sure it's good.

Dubstep features lots of styles. That one is pretty active. There's also some pretty calm dubstep like this.
Spoiler!
This is probably closer to what he's aiming for, but to begin with he stated that he's trying for something else, a new genre (which he decided to call trancestep ).
