Heh. Not in Texas.
167k can get you 2 stories, 5 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a backyard.

yea man, its not cheap, its a very nice condo in a very nice part of town... how old are you? lol. 167k is definitely not cheap. lol.
i was originally looking for houses, but i cant get much for under 250k in the terms of houses in the Reno area.
If i were down where my parents live in Arizona, i could get a 4 bedroom house with a pool and shit. oh well, im very pleased with my nice condo, once i get the opportunity to go over to it, i will take some pics for everyone.

Oh well if you need it so much that you want to take loans etc for it and pay it OFF the next decades, then ... hooray for you. I would NOT, that's all I said. But if you think your job is safe enough, and you'll have wifey and kiddies etc. pretty soon, then ... go for it.
And is that all you answer, a question which wasn't really one? What about the size ... a "house" or something can mean anything ... how many m²? etc etc

well, since you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, you will be one of those people who never have to actually live a real life, and i sorta feel sorry for you.
but normal people have to buy houses that dont cost upwards of a million dollars.
you obviously have no clue how things in the real world work, so why dont you just sit this thread out ok? thanks.
and to be honest, i dont care how many posts in a row i have, i was responding to individual people.
spoiled little rich kids will always be just that. have fun with your spoiled life.

what is up with all the children on this forum???
not very many people at all buy houses in cash, you obviously have no clue.
yes, my job is secure enough, no i dont plan on having children or a wife at all, let alone in the near future.
i said a condo. a condo is not a house. it is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo, just for me and my room mate. it is very nice, and has all new appliances, carpet, and new paint. all the appliances are included.
all i wanted to do was let my FRIENDS here on the forum know that i am purchasing a place. i am happy because its not every day that a 21 year old person is able to buy a place.
to everyone talkin shit.... as soon as you are my age or younger and have purchased a place, then you have the right to talk shit. until then, just congradulate me. thanks.

And I was going to go into a little economics class about how foolish it is to try and save to pay full price cash for a home while paying rent and chasing inflation while home owners enjoy the increased equity in their home and BlackFox, with his sublime command of the language, sums up my multi-page post with "is better to do so...and is nothing wrong whit it." Well done. As it is, I recommend people who think it makes sense to pay full price cash for a home talk to their parents' investment advisors or tax advisors. I know it seems boring, but it is pretty important stuff.
And congratulations on the home. I hope they accept your offer.

Psych today a girl no older than 16 comes in driving a BMW X5. She fills it up with premium, cost a bit over $100. She charged it to daddy's credit card no problem.

Sweet I'm happy for you dogg, I can feel your excitement lol. Vibes transfer through cyber space maaaannnnn!!!!
And yeah, those people will always be weaker than the one's who have to fight and struggle and still succeed throughout life.
I'm almost one of those kids myself. I mean my dad bought me a $5000 car, and my grandfather is paying for all of my college...but at least I'm payin my own fucken phone bill, insurance, my gas, RENT to my pops...I mean damn...I guess I'm in the middle.
For real though, rich spoiled kids are typically weak individuals who can't rely on themselves for anything.

yeah, be funny if mommy and daddy cut him loose at college. But damn guys where i live is a tourist attraction now and retiring point. Condos here will be like 250-500k. Most houses are about 500k+ unless you live in a doublewide or something which some of the new ones arent that bad, anyway have fun with your new place, dont bring too many girls at once

My life is more real than yours (& more priveledged). Unlike in America, in Europe people have REAL friends, and they talk about REAL things, not tv or some gay crap like that. I am far from spoiled, I have a desk, a 5 year old computer, and a bed (clothes too). My sister however is a different story. If you feel sorry for me, I can tell you you have (almost) no reason to. Although recently my life has taken a turn for the worse, it's getting alittle better now Though I may have no concept of money, I know how things work. I usually overestimate or underestimate by quite a bit (Generally underestimate, this is an odd happening). & to the posts in a row thing, you should really edit it. I mean, sometimes I will double post, but it's on accident, I try to edit my stuff as much as possible. Blackchocob0 wrote: Sweet I'm happy for you dogg, I can feel your excitement lol. For real though, rich spoiled kids are typically weak individuals who can't rely on themselves for anything. At first I thought you were gay because you said "dogg" but then it turns out you're kinda cool later in the sentence. You are WAY more spoiled than me, I have absolutely nothing, I just hang out with my friends all day (Although recently not much, hence my zoom from lv 14-53). I'm rich, not spoiled, and I guarentee you, if I'm your age I can kick your ass. I try my best not to be a couch potato, and following in my brothers footsteps have started to work out (Btw, I haven't worked out today, but I figure I'm gonna give myself some rest). You shouldn't be so closed minded, just because someone has money doesn't make them spoiled/weak or whatever. That's racism, but with money and not skin color ethnicity. Sharp324 wrote: yeah, be funny if mommy and daddy cut him loose at college.
Yeah, just because my house isn't a craphole doesn't mean I'm spoiled.

What is this "REAL friends" you speak of? Is it a TV show? Because I love television. I sure hope this is a TV show. I would love to see it.
