maybe it was because of adrenaline. when you are in danger it activates and you start doing things you normally couldn't (you lift things much heavyer than is ussually possible). but you don't think about them you just do them i think that's how telekinesis works.

you can pump yourself up, look at sporters.
they do it all the time , they **** themself up,jumping,hitting themself

Uhmmz .. I don't directly believe in teleK. But you can 'pump' your body in some way to strengthen it. Ya know those guys that can get hit full on by an 18-Wheeler. Or the ppl that can take a nail mat to the stomach which has like literally 1TON of weight on it. But I guess thats just blockign out the pain and usuing equal pressure techniques.
