Meh. to be completely honest, after a certain point of not-being-fucktarded and not-a-complete-bitch, personality doesn't really matter. Anyway, there's only so much that a good personality can do, tbh. People just aren't meant for it, it's natural selection to try to pick the person with the best traits for survival.

That said, of course the perfect person would have a great personality, a great body, and actually care about any of us., but the perfect person doesn't exist.

And your point? Almost all people do not enjoy being around ugly people nearly as much as attractive people, and I think just about anyone who is unattractive would agree that people are much less likely to have a relationship with them.

yes, but again, not by most people.

like it or not, most people will not have a relationship with someone they consider ugly, unless they like that person quite a bit, or have lowered their own standards out of frustration/depression.

dont work out to much, I dont know if its a myth or not but if you work out as in go to the gym while growing it slows down ur growth.

if u want to lose body fat, stop taking in so much sugar, like soda etc..and take morning walks before breakfast...if u have a tiny bit of fat on ur stumach..it doesnt matter how much u work out ur stumach...it wil only get bigger..but the muscles wont be seen until u burn the fat layer u have above it.

Do lots of cardio workouts.

I went from 165 to 150 pounds in a few weeks just from running 6-8 miles daily...cept sundays, i only do half a workout on sundays...

Apparently i lost to much wieght though.

According to some websites for 6 feet tall im underwieght.

went from to fat to to skinny.

Fark.

I just much much much MUCH more highly prefer being too skinny to too fat. :wink:

I used to not be able to connect any two fingers around my wrist.

Now I can easily do it with any two fingers.

That should give you an idea hahaha.

You walk nearly every day? Jesus Christ, that is... Wrong, lol.

You need to walk every day, I don't know how you can't unless you're sad about something and can't get out of bed (though tbh, I've never been so sad as to not get out of bed).

Lifting weights burns calories, but so little that that's not how you're gonna lose weight.
To lose weight, you just have to do cardio. Best way imo is to just bike. In Italy I used to bike for like 8 hours a day, damn is was so fun. Really hot too, but awesome.
I'm now kinda a slob, but I don't think I'll ever let myself get fat.

Also, swimming doesn't burn fat... I mean, it does, but if you want to burn fat, you should run rather than swim. Swimming is a nice all over body workout, and is easy on the joints because it isn't resistance training. When you swim, your body evolves (Man, I love evolution, because it can actually happen while you're still alive O.o) to move your body's fat so that it keeps you warm whilst underwater.

My diet consists of lots of sushi. Daily sushi<3
Salads.
Lots of McDonald's chocolate milkshakes.
Daily cereal of an unhealthy sort (lucky charms ftw)
And i'm a ramen addict.

All I do excercise wise is tai chi, and I help my sister with her tae kwon do lessons.
I'm going to be teaching Tae kwon do again soon though, gotta get back into it anyway :P

All I know is that doing weights when your body isn't fully grown can stop your growth and cause other problems
besides, cardio is the only right way to burn body fat
