I dislike them cos they're the one car with decent power that also comes with a decent price - so every punk kid has one, and 99% of em are automatics.
More importantly, the age old, proven true time and again rule of performance + reliability = expensive and so therefore performance + cheap = unreliable.
You can't have a cheap, powerful car that's mechanically sound cos they compromised the overall quality of the build to keep costs down.

Lol and if I dislike the GT's I can't stand the V6 Stangs.
Chick cars. No reason to buy a Stang if it's a V6.
Homie has one and he thinks it's so badass. Lol my 120 HP Saturn is just hundredths of a second slower than his 200 HP chick car.
And mine probably handles better too.
Heh I make fun of people who drive V6 Mustangs.

Lol you'll never really know how jealous I am of you.
That shit is sauce.
And there's nothing wrong with V6's in general...just the Mustang's.
G35 and 350Z are both V6.

K.
Lets think.
I need to get a car that is somewhat fast, but not that fast b/c my rents.
I cant get a v8 cuz of gas.
It has to be 2001-2004.
It needs to look good.
I'm up for suggestions

I currently drive a 2006 Ford Mustang.
As for my dream car...
It'd have to be the Hello Kitty Ferrari

Subaru WRX
Dodge Neon SRT-4
Honda Civic Type R
Acura Integra GS-R(Or Type-R if you could somehow manage...)
Scion TC(You'll want the Supercharged option, bumps up to 200 HP from 160)
Honda S2000
Uh an older M3?
Hmmmmm...
If I think of more I'll add em. Every single one of those is a 4 banger except for the M3 which is a straight 6. H6 I guess you'd call it for Horizontally opposed rather than in a V formation.

Ug that happened to me. He bought me my Saturn, and they had two right next to eachother - mine with 90k miles and auto, and a stick with 80k miles. He made me get the auto, the bastard!!!!!!
Don't do it unless you have to!!!!! Auto is shit in all but expensive performance cars.

If you get a Cobalt I'd only get the SS...it's supercharged...
If you get an RSX, I'd go with an older RSX type S. 06 would be pretty pricey.

Last year of Integra was 01.
I said WRX, not WRX STI. The STI has 300 HP and 300 TQ, it costs like 35 grand brand new and is one of the most expensive cars to insure lol.
Stick with a WRX if money is an issue. And no they aren't that harsh of a ride - I've ridden in one with stage 3 suspension upgrades and it wasn't all that bad. Totally worth it if you like a well-handling car.
By well I mean absolutely fucken amazing.

That's a cool choice, they're cool cars. Kinda sporty, nice and luxurious, much potential for performance upgrades - in fact, you can drop your stock motor and swap in a Toyota Supra TT motor - 320 horses stock.
Also one of the coolest cars ever created.
