Apparently the suspect has awakened. He cannot because he has a throat injury, police believe it was self inflicted. He is however answering questions by writing.

Thats not necessarily good news. Hes a perfectly sane person that went out to kill for a political purpose. A painless death w/ injection is not enough. Because, at the end of the day, when you start accusing citizens of being "enemy combatants", it's a slippery slope.

Did you see the "authorities" response in Boston/Watertown? they could have invaded canada with that kind of force. I'd love to see the day when the "patriots" will try an armed rebellion with their 2nd amendment-protected semi-automatic rifles and get raped by the local police officers in armor and tanks before the military even has to step in.
