if you guys have the cash for it, try Manhan Quanxi (aka Manchu Han Imperial Feast) consists of 108 chinese (han + manchurian) dishes. the entire meal takes 3 days to eat last time i checked, there is one place in china offering such course, and you gotta pay in advance due to the delicate materials required fyi: the most controversial dish would be the monkey brain in the middle of the table, there will be a hole. when you are ready eat the dish, they bring in a monkey, lock its head in place, use a saw to cut the skull open, pour boiling onto the brain (thus cooking it). you then take a spoon and scoop the bits up while the monkey is screaming at you for eating its brainit looks something like this
