does shopping on best buy website reduce your paypal sending limits? because i've shop on ea games website and it did not subtract the fund spending limits on my paypal account. however shopping on ebay does reduce my limited spending limits.

I don't see why it would. Don't think I've ever had an issue with that happening to me.

Also, not to be a backseat-moderating jerk, but this is the second topic you've made concerning issues with PayPal. You didn't receive many helpful replies last time, and I don't think any PayPal experts have signed up to SRF recently. Wouldn't it be better if you asked PayPal personally through live chat or consulted their FAQs to be better informed about their service instead?
