Your not, but its extremly a miss leading and outdated map... For one large parts of Africa, Australia, Canada and Russia are extremly sparsly populated so their colours are skude to one way. India and China still have huge problems with povety so should be somewhere in the red still. Also am guessing this is before the recision as Greece, Spain and USA seem to be fairly well off.
