I was putting a new grille into my girlfriends MK4 jetta for her, and I got to thinking, which car "scene" if you want to call it, has the best custom mods? If you dont get what I mean, I'm refering to say the "imports" from japan or muscle cars in the US. Personally I'm into Euro tuning, specifically VW's and Audi's. Which scene are you guys into? discuss and share ^^

Gonna have to say hands down... The civic... Everyone and their mom has one, and they customize them to no end. (Oldest brother has one, and his little group of 100+ drivers like to go take over a highway and drag race each other.)

-not my thing- + my little race car would take out most civics anyways.

Hmmm, are you saying ONLY BMW's? Or do you like other german cars as well?

I cant deffinitely agree with that. Muscle cars are by no means my thing, but I can still appreciate it. Euro tuners can just be simpler to mod, and have more clear cut results.
Anyone gunna put pics? I figured thats what this wud be haha

When MrTwilliger first saw the topic title, he thought you meant you were turning "scene", in regards to the emo-punk derivative sub-culture. He stretched his fingers, cracked his back a little and prepared himself to troll and flame like he never has before.

Luckily, the title was only misleading. Still, after getting himself so worked up over seeing that title he just felt like I had to contribute to this thread. And so, MrTwilliger decided he'd reflect upon the not so distant past of his life and express it in third person. He also had chicken and salad for dinner, it was quite delicious.

Gotta disagree. To me nothing beats the look of a euro tuner dropped 2 and a half inches on 19's haha. Can be a tight fit, but to me, having the time and cash to put into the car means class, not buying some boring stock car that looks exactly like the douche down the street.
