Used space was around 110gb-ish pre-defrag. went to bed and woke up to this.
the fk? Am I just retarded or something?

Any reason why this is?

yah yah google and blaa blaa. doesn't hurt to have input from others.

Have you tried goog...

That's strange... Defragging needs extra space for allocating and moving files around. It's almost as if it allocated the space, but didn't clear it when it was done defragging. I don't know how much space defrag allocates, but I wouldn't think it would be twice the original 'file' size.

Have you tried running it again? Maybe with a different defrag program.

Tetris gone bad? lol. I haven't seen this in ages. I can't remember the last time I defrag my machine. Mainly because I don't keep a PC for too long and also I don't do much on them besides surfing the web and gaming.

Windows creates a large restore point when using a third party defrag program. Just delete the restore point.
