I've newly discovered a website called 99designs which is quite famous among the graphic designers, out of all the "get paid online" websites this one is actually not a scam, with a minimum ~200$ per design and goes up to thousands sometimes, anyone have ever tried this? and even got paid?

I've made a few first tries, winning a contest that early would be awesome.

I've never heard of that site before.. But there's something not quite right about the place.

99designs, crowdspring, hatchwise, designcrowd. there are lots of sites like this.

ofc they pay you. people come there and post a project and then if they choose your design you get paid.

the logos you posted there look like s*** so i don't really see any chance of you winning soon. you need quite a lot of experience to win a contest. read some articles, learn illustrator and experience then you'll start winning.

They're pretty reasonable logo's actually.
My sister once won one of these, the company that wanted them was just retarded. Even if you're not that good yet, you can always get lucky with a CEO or w/e that has terrible taste.

also a small tip. It helps to get chosen if you can use the empty space to create an image that's somehow related to the company (for instance FedEx has an arrow between E and x)
