Auto HD for youtube.
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... bilbjgpeak
It will automatically set the videos on your preferred quality not just HD, and can also auto expand the player(who uses small version anyway)

FB Unseen
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... fgfagnnpei
disables the "seen" feature in facebook, so no one can see that you've seen thier messages anymore, also can disable "user it typing" message.
PS: it has a pop in ad that's set on by default, remove it from options.

Gestures for Chrome
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... epckckakgk
as an ex-opera user I'm too used to mouse gestures, this extension brings it to chrome.

GMail checker
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... iflfhgnkff
a little icon on the top right of the browser that shows +1 when i get a mail, very handy.

Hover Zoom
http://hoverzoom.net/
Best of all extensions, expands images to full size when i hover over them, compatible with many websites, most useful for facebook.

Image Properties Context Menu
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... aflngbmpon
another thing I've missed from opera, image properties size etc, it adds it to the context menu.

feel free to add more!

That, adblock is like having a new internet alltogether.

AdBlock > all

And it literally takes 2 seconds to install and you don't even have to restart your browser.

I used to use that Auto HD, but it took a second to change the quality after opening the video and skipping ahead while this plugin was enabled caused some problems or just didn't work.

Atm I'm using this one - Magic Actions for YouTube™. It has a lot of stuff in it, including adBlock, center and other things, but I only use it for the auto HD and country flags next to names in comments (I just like to know). The only thing I don't like about this is that it adds a bar with irrelevant buttons under the video and this is wasted space for me. But this plugin still causes problems for me. When I have it on, I can't disable auto-replay in Watch Later, and I absolutely hate it. But having to manually set the videos to HD is even worse so I still have to use it.
Even though Magic Actions already has a center function, I use this one instead - Center'd - Center the new YT, because Magic Actions's center was a bit weird and sometimes didn't work properly. This one is more reliable I think.

I still wish to see the day when YT works properly for me.

I like the one that turns all pictures into pictures of Nicholas Cage.
