I don't think it's a good idea to buy hardware like that from an online shop.
You should try looking around all nearby stores and ask if you can plug your MP3 in to test out the sound, or buy from stores that have an easy return policy.
With that said, you shouldn't get your hopes up for a good bass when buying these kind of speakers. The subwoofer might be nice, but it might also be more of a marketing gimmick instead of actually functioning :/. The reviews on the site seem very positive though. Search for these in a store and test them out, there's no better opinion than your own :/
Bass is made with large speakers, so you should probably increase your price range and look for big boxes. Quality sound is produced by wooden boxes, so preferably look into those.
Can't really say much more than that.
I've got a pair of mid-sized speakers. They can produce a mean bass, but alas I don't actually have a bass regulator for them, so most of the time it sounds fairly normal. They also have no brand so I can't even show them off
Mine are 64watt RMS for about I think 100-120 EURO.
final tip: Ignore the PMPO wattage. That's just a bs marketing trick to show people a big number.
edit:
oh yeah, make a list of music that you want to use test specific extremes for the speakers.
I'd recommend this if you want to test the bass:
