I noticed my posture was suffering due to the amount of tech I consume. Started paying attention to it and I was back to having awesome posture in 2 weeks. I workout like crazy so the core for good posture was already there though.

i dunno, i hate using the internet on my phone. the screen is just too small for that kind of stuff imo, and anyway, i use the internet when im home all the time, why would i use it when i go outside? that's my personal rule, when im out, im out. when i return, ill check all my mails and personal messages and notifications and friend requests and news feeds and all that jazz. i dont get it, i dont even wish to see them when im out.
