 Post subject: Hey, i need help with resizing pics

How can i resize every image to 16x16? What program do i need to use if any.

EDIT: I use photoshop if you want to know.

Yes, but I think it loses some quality with paint. I resize with photoshop.

With photoshop you can just type in the desired size.

Paint.NET and GIMP are both free and easy to use. Maybe overkill for such a small job, but they're better than MSPaint and cheaper than Photoshop. :)

Thanks guys, but when i run the program, where do i go to do that shit?
P.S:Im not english and Phtoshop ahs too much leet vocabulary for me!
