avi-gif converter?

hey guy I'm looking for an avi-gif converter if anyone know a free program?

ok im using avi-gif right now but I can't save the image and the size is all messed up in preview screen -.-

I used an windows movie maker to take the scene form 300 movie, added text on it, converted to avi. (any video editing program would work too)

then used

total video converter to change it from avi to gif

caus eit was too big for imageshack
